persevere ?

rough day at work.. Armi told me to start chatting with customers and target females in particular because she said females usually want simple easy to use cameras so i wont have much trouble and wont have to go in depth about functions etc

so i did so and i tell ya i really enjoyed it, its fun and all exploring different cameras and their functions with teh customers, however the thing that pissed me off was the PEs (product experts - commission based) coming and stealing my kills when im about to make a sale (i'm just an SA - sales associate, non-commission based)

honestly, im just a trainee, let me train, if you want the comission i'll give it to you but atleast let me seal the deal first

ahmed acts all nice and all, but even when im selling a 50$ sd card he'd come and steals my kill, i was liek wth...

and then i managed to find a customer who wanted to get a camcorder but i didnt have the keys to get access to our stock, i ask najeem for the keys and he says he;ll take care of it, i quickly try to redirect teh sale by giving the customer to alex but then when i walk away najeem tells alex i gave him the sale or w/e already..

competition sucks, i wanna switch out to anotehr department, but i dunno... i'll give it more time and by the end of teh summer i;d be stealing their kills >=)
